I · Acceptance

Use of fxmedus.com and affiliated product domains (together, the "sites") constitutes acceptance of these terms. If the visitor does not agree to these terms, the visitor should not use the sites.

II · Nature of content

The content on the sites is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Nothing on the sites creates a physician patient relationship, a consulting relationship, or any other professional engagement with FxMEDUS, LLC or with Julian Borges, MD.

III · Permissible use

Visitors may view and reference content on the sites for personal, academic, and non commercial evaluation purposes. Visitors may cite material on the sites in accordance with standard academic practice. Visitors may not reproduce entire pages or substantial portions of the sites without written permission. Visitors may not scrape, mine, or systematically download material from the sites for any commercial purpose, training of machine learning models, or redistribution.

IV · Intellectual property

All content on the sites, including text, typography, visual design, graphic elements, data visualizations, product names, and trademarks, is owned by FxMEDUS, LLC or licensed to the firm, and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. "FxMEDUS" and the FxMEDUS wordmark are trademarks of FxMEDUS, LLC. "MedBoardPRO" is subject to United States Patent and Trademark Office trademark application Serial 99721498.

The firm's research program, including the Externally Governed Learning Systems specification and the companion products described on the sites, is subject to United States provisional patent applications (63/975,551 · 64/012,574 · 64/018,624) and related filings. Peer reviewed publications and preprints referenced on the publications page remain under the copyright of their respective publishers.

V · Product domains

Affiliated product surfaces, including drugsynth.ai, medboard.pro, medboardpro.com, medboardpro.app, and fxmed-os.vercel.app, may present additional terms specific to those products. Where product specific terms conflict with these general terms, the product specific terms control for that product only.

VI · Third party content and links

The sites may link to third party resources including journal articles (DOI), preprint servers (SSRN, Zenodo, ChemRxiv, Research Square), scholarly identifiers (ORCID), and professional social media. The firm is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third party sites. Inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.

VII · Disclaimer of warranties

The sites and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FxMEDUS, LLC makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the sites or their content, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, accuracy, completeness, or availability. The firm does not warrant that the sites will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

VIII · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FxMEDUS, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to use of the sites, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if the firm has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The firm's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the sites shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (100 USD).

IX · Indemnification

The visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FxMEDUS, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the visitor's breach of these terms or misuse of the sites.

X · Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the sites or these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

XI · Changes to these terms

FxMEDUS, LLC may modify these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document is updated whenever a change is made. Continued use of the sites after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
