Privacy

Privacy policy.

I · Scope

This policy applies to fxmedus.com and to affiliated product domains operated by FxMEDUS, LLC, including drugsynth.ai, medboard.pro, medboardpro.com, medboardpro.app, and fxmed-os.vercel.app. Portions of this policy may be supplemented by product specific privacy notices at the point of use. Where the product specific notice conflicts with this policy, the product specific notice controls for that product only.

II · Information collected

FxMEDUS, LLC collects only the information required to operate the websites, respond to inquiries, and deliver contracted services. Categories include: identification data voluntarily submitted through the contact form (name, email, affiliation, inquiry type, message body); navigational data collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure (IP address, browser user agent, referrer, pages visited, timestamp); correspondence history when email or telephone contact is initiated by the visitor; and such additional data as is necessary to evaluate a scientific collaboration, an editorial submission, a press request, or a commercial engagement.

The firm does not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI) through fxmedus.com. Product surfaces that operate on PHI (such as FxMED OS in partner practices) do so under separate business associate agreements and product specific privacy notices.

III · Use of information

Information collected is used to respond to the visitor's inquiry, maintain an audit record of correspondence for editorial and scientific integrity purposes, operate and secure the websites, and comply with applicable law. Information is not sold. Information is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Information may be disclosed to counsel, auditors, or regulatory authorities when required by law.

IV · Cookies and analytics

The websites use only the cookies strictly necessary for operation of the hosting infrastructure (Vercel edge caching). The firm does not deploy cross site tracking cookies. The firm does not integrate third party analytics services that create individual profiles. Aggregate traffic data provided by the hosting platform is reviewed only in aggregate form for capacity planning and security monitoring.

V · Storage and retention

Contact form submissions are routed through Formspree and retained for as long as necessary to complete the requested correspondence, typically no more than 24 months. Email correspondence is retained per standard professional records retention practice. Hosting log data is retained at the hosting provider's default retention period. Individuals may request deletion of their information by emailing contact@fxmedus.com with the subject line "Data deletion request."

VI · Rights

Individuals located in jurisdictions with applicable privacy law (including the European Economic Area under the General Data Protection Regulation, the United Kingdom under the UK GDPR, California under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and Brazil under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) may exercise the following rights where permitted by law: the right of access to their personal data, the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to deletion, the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests should be directed to contact@fxmedus.com.

VII · Security

The websites are served over TLS 1.2 or higher, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Administrative access to the hosting infrastructure is protected by multi factor authentication. The firm applies the principle of least privilege to all operational accounts and reviews access on a periodic basis.

VIII · International transfers

Data collected through the websites may be processed in the United States, where FxMEDUS, LLC is headquartered, and in any jurisdiction where the hosting provider operates edge infrastructure. By using the websites, the visitor acknowledges that their data may be transferred across borders consistent with this policy.

IX · Children

The websites are not directed to children under the age of 13 in the United States, or the equivalent age of digital consent in other jurisdictions. The firm does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

X · Changes to this policy

FxMEDUS, LLC may update this policy to reflect changes in law, operational practice, or product scope. The effective date at the top of this document is updated whenever a change is made. Material changes may also be communicated through a notice on the home page.
